Three disciplines, one way of thinking.
I'm Mateusz – I run K2Integris and like to keep a handle on the whole process, making sure the tech actually makes sense for the business. Behind that sit over ten years across IT, 2D/3D design and web development.
The thread tying it together is people. My work in communication and team-building shapes how I lead projects; organizational psychology shapes how I design systems. And when I'm not working, I'm usually tinkering with 3D models or deep in a book on psychology.

A self-financed IT company I built with a co-founder – modular enterprise software for the SMEs stuck between spreadsheet chaos and oversized enterprise tools.

Founded an IT services company focused on modular enterprise software for SMEs. Self-funded build-up together with a co-founder: from incorporation and legal structure through product development and branding to sales and customer support.
- Product Development: Design and development of a modular SaaS platform with 8 modules based on Next.js, Laravel & PostgreSQL.
- Architecture & DevOps: Responsibility for tech stack, system architecture, CI/CD, hosting and data security; GDPR-compliant implementation.
- International Business Development: Acquisition and support of clients from requirements to go-live in Austria, Slovakia, Spain and Poland across 7+ industries. Custom web & app development.
- Setup & Operations: Company formation incl. legal structure, pricing, contracts and compliance.
Part-time position (25h) alongside studies, with lead responsibility across several enterprise projects.
- Lead project management: Steering 6+ software projects using the Scrum methodology. Leading sprints and coordinating feedback loops between stakeholders and dev teams.
- Full-stack & low-code development: Development of desktop and mobile apps for global enterprise clients on an in-house, C++/Qt-based low-code platform (visual, model-based development of workflows and UIs). Selective further development and bug-fixing of the platform itself (C++, Qt/QML).
- AI integration: Increased workflow efficiency by approximately 30% by implementing AI-assisted automation tools in the in-house framework.
- Database integrity: Design and administration of complex data models to ensure maximum performance in real-time systems.
- Key project: Development of a logistics enterprise solution for a global client.
- Conception of a scalable UI architecture (Vue 3) for technical simulation software.
- Integration of complex API frameworks such as Apache Thrift and WebGL visualizations.
